The man wasn’t given both barrels by the judge who could have sent the man to prison, instead he was given a suspended sentence for four years for his actions!

It occurred during some anti-government demonstrations had turned violent in 2006. A 67 year old pleaded not guilty to “endangering traffic, arbitrary use of a vehicle and causing damage”. However the man did plead guilty to starting up the tank that was in front of the Budapest City Hall and then driving it along the inner ring road.
